Terms and Conditions

Feeding, exercise or turnout, cleaning of living areas/stables, medication administration, overnight stays and basic home security checks as agreed.

Fees are charged in accordance with the agreed quotation or price list.  A booking is confirmed once payment terms are agreed.

The sitter is authorised to seek emergency veterinary care where necessary.
All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the client.

Withers and Whiskers Equine & Pet Care Services holds appropriate DBS clearance certificates and  public liability insurance.  The sitter is not liable for illness, injury, escape or death due to pre-existing conditions or undisclosed behavioural issues. 

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date: Full refund of any payments made.

Cancellations made between 3 - 7 days before the start date: 50% of the total booking fee is payable.

Early Return: No refund will be given if the client returns home earlier than planned.

Peak Periods (Bank Holidays/Christmas/School Holidays) Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the start date are non - refundable.

The Sitter reserves the right to cancel any services in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Keys, alarm codes and access details will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed care services.

Upon request by the client, keys may be retained by the sitter for further visits/care.
